Returns at Trinity D. TCG
- Changed your mind? For ordinary withdrawal, you buy and pay for the return label yourself.
- Incorrect, damaged or defective item? Trinity D. TCG covers the necessary return costs and provides a return label or arranges another free return method.
14-day withdrawal period
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase without giving a reason up to 14 calendar days after the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive your order. For separate deliveries of one order, the period starts after receipt of the last item. If the last day is a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the period runs until the next working day.
Notify support@trinitydtcg.com before this period expires. Preferably include your name, order number and the items you wish to return. A clear statement is sufficient: no prior approval or reason is required. You may also use the form below.
Sending items back and return costs
Send the items back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Ask support@trinitydtcg.com for the return address and shipping instructions. This practical coordination does not affect your right of withdrawal.
For ordinary withdrawal, you bear the direct return shipping costs. Choose your own carrier and buy a sufficiently prepaid label yourself. Use protective packaging; tracking is recommended. Keep proof of shipment. We do not charge fixed administration or restocking fees for withdrawal.
Refunds
We refund within 14 days of your withdrawal notice using the same payment method, unless you expressly agree to another method at no cost. We may wait until we receive the items or you provide evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.
For withdrawal from the entire order, we also refund the cost of our cheapest standard delivery. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery method are not refunded. Ordinary return shipping costs remain your responsibility.
Condition of items and sealed TCG products
Handle items carefully and return them complete and in their original packaging where possible. You may inspect them as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. If your handling goes further and reduces their value, we may deduct only that demonstrable loss of value and will explain it.
Opening boosters, booster boxes or other sealed collectibles may cause substantial diminished value. A broken seal does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal. There is no general exclusion for TCG products or discounted items.
Incorrect, damaged or defective items
Email us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos may help. We will discuss an appropriate solution and, if necessary, arrange the return at our expense. Preferably do not buy a label yourself before agreeing the return method with us. The 14-day withdrawal period does not limit your statutory warranty rights.
